For me, in the kitchen, there are always stories to share… About life… It’s flavors as well as it’s lack of flavors…

I want to share my stories and the secrets of cooking and food, while you learn to prepare something delicious in a simple way, step by step.

I love to teach easy-to-make gourmet recipes

I’m Chef Coty, and I love to teach easy-to-make gourmet recipes at home, to people from all over the world, for those who want to improve their cooking, have more recipes and explore new dishes.

My goal is getting my classes to be a fun anecdote that my students can share with their friends and family, while enjoying the food they learned to prepare with me.

Food is a big part of the culture of any country and I feel very proud of being able to teach people around the world about our fabulous Mexican gastronomy.

That’s why I like to offer in my classes the best Mexican recipes, that my tourist students can REPLICATE at home and have it as Made In Mexico, and to share it with their family and friends, as the most tasty souvenir and even made with love by themselves.

I will tell you some tricks to make the right choices of food without the fear that they are too ripe or that they still need time. To choose the ones that are just right.

My passion is to teach easy gourmet recipes, that’s why I have my cooking school that is located in a beautiful place in Mexico called Playa del Carmen (Mayan Riviera) , which can inspire you while standing in front of the fire and cooking something amazing. To complement the experience, I offer a tequila and mezcal lesson and tasting.

And now, I’m giving ONLINE COOKING CLASSES, which is an experience that has exceeded my expectations. Students learn as much as if they were here with me.

With my 12 years of experience teaching cooking, I know what they’re going to ask me, I know the most common mistakes and I explain them before they get it wrong, so they learn and the food turns out perfect.
